- We cannot replace lost or stolen gift certificates
- When using a gift certificate, your order will be shipped upon receipt of the gift certificate (when mailing, treat them like cash)
- When ordering a gift certificate only, all shipping charges will be waived - unfortunately we have to go in and take those off later, as the shopping cart does not distinguish between a gift certificate and merchandise.
