Ordering Information
Step-by-step instructions:
The easiest way to order merchandise from Diaper Safari is to order
and pay on-line through our secure server. Add the  items
you like to your "shopping cart". You will then be prompted
to log-in by creating a username and password. Once the log-in has
been completed, you can proceed to the checkout. At the check-out
you will also find a comment box in which you can specify any special
wishes for this order (please keep it short, as it won't show up
otherwise).
Please make sure that the billing address you enter matches the
billing address on your credit card. Once all the information has
been entered you can review your order and will then be asked to
press the button that will place your order with us. You can use
Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express. AFTER YOU PLACED
YOUR ORDER YOU WILL GET A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL - IT YOU DO NOT, YOUR
ORDER DID NOT GO THROUGH! If, for any reason, you feel uncomfortable
using your credit card on-line, you can call us with your order
or order by mail. Orders paid by personal check will only be send
out once the check has cleared.
Please note that all cancelled orders are subject to a 10% restocking
fee.
Please note that once you have created
a log-in you can use this to retrieve previous orders under the
RETURNING CUSTOMER SECTION. If for some reason you weren't able
to complete your order and want to go back to it at a later stage,
you can go to VIEW CART, log in as a returning customer and all
the products in your shopping basket will appear - there is NO need
to repeat the ordering process.
We can not replace a lost or stolen gift certificate Diaper Safari
Gift Certificates. Please treat gift certificates like cash!
For customers outside the USA, please place your order via phone.
If you would like to order bibs or diapers with prints, please specify
the print or BOY or GIRL in the box open for "Comments"
at the bottom of each item. You can find this box only once you
have added the item to your cart. Without this information we will
send you a neutral selection of colors. If your order is a gift
you can specify this here. You can also specify whether you need
any items gift-wrapped. We will gift wrap at no additional charge!
If you ever have any question about a charge or refund or about
ANYTHING else, please contact us immediately so that we can take
care of the issue for you - we pride ourselves in excellent customer
service!
