If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any product or changed your mind on a product, please send the unused items (that means not worn, not washed and in original packaging) to Diaper Safari, P.O. Box 21634, Sarasota, Fl 34276, USA within 90 days of purchase. Shipping is nonrefundable. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If you want to exchange products, there is no 10% restocking fee, but you are responsible for the new shipping charges. Laundering products are non-returnable. Please let us know if you diapers have problems with the snaps, Velcro or sewing - it happens in rare instances, and the manufacturers will repair or replace the item.
